More and more proxy sites are opened on a daily basis because the users that use them, at schools and at library's, they are usually on the ball and blocking them as soon as they are used. So there is a need for more to be setup. Personally I like it, as it gives me more options when at the library as they blocked all the https and the ports to access my own servers.
