Some smaller hosts do this. I used to do it with a host I ran a few years ago, but don't anymore. If you look hard enough, I am sure you can find somebody who does. There are some hosts that include automated SEO tools with their hosting plans.

Also, you could always use a service such as HyperSubmit, which is not included with a Web hosting plan, but works quite well.

To be serious here I have seen Godaddy offering google checks to start own account (for the one cc each).
BTW what type of advertising you are looking for or are you asking for?

I don't think the OP is looking for AdWords credits. It seems to me that he or she wants a hosting plan that has SEO tools and paid SE advertising tools built into the hosting control panel.

We can only guess here. But I think if he or she is interested in SEO tools he or she have posted that already. It seems in this case he or she is talking about some kind of advertising.

Google adwords is offered by alot of bigger hosts. I think 1and1 has it. However i do not recommend them due to there servers speeds.
