Is there a free radio stream compression service, e.g. if I have 128k stream url it gives me 96k stream url?

For that you'd need to use something such as shoutcast transcoder and set up another streaming server that would broadcast at 96k. That's how I used to do it.

Use the AAC+ Codec. It'll give your streams just about double the quality for less kbps.

I know about all codecs n stuff, but I mean the site in internet, that will compress the stream for me, like I enter there 128k stream url, and it gives me the compressed to 96k url. I need this cause I got not very fast adsl connection and some radio streams is impossible to listen due to their high bitrate.

I'm not sure that's possible. The only way would be to re-encode it to the bitrate you wish to listen at. Of course nothing is impossible but I haven't came across anything like this yet.

I know Cast Control does it to clients.
