Need website coder

Hey,

I'm looking for a website developer to change this template (www.swiftfilehosting.com) into something that looks somewhat decent...

Unfortunately the software that emulates the html needs "special" types of code which will be provided. All I need is an experienced html/css coder. The site in question needs serious work and pretty much a new template.

In payment, I will provide unlimited resources to the service provided and a sum of money that will be discussed via pm. All help much appreciated and as you can see.... much needed.

Please, I'm looking for experienced coders, as you can see I've done what any average joe can do.... It doesn't even have to be complex, just something simple, functionable, and effective.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Did you find a coder? What kind of budget do you have?

It depends on how much you are asking, but the budget is somewhat low considering the site is glitched.... If the demand can't be met then I'm willing to setup a compromise if any.
