Accede? Oooooo fancy word. Anyways, seems like they are doing some maintenance or updates. Or, they have a slight problem and are fixing it.

OMG!!! ANOTHER FANCY WORD! How do you do that?! Lol, since they are still down, they might not know how to fix the problem OR they closed. Hopefully they are just trying to fix the problem though.

Indeed, i have their email (sales@booxhosting.com) but since their website is down, the email does not reach their mailbox..

In the other hand, my website which is hosted on their servers is not down but i got some errors... i hope that they will not close..

Backup your website(s) if anything, then if they do close, you are not at total loss. ;)

Seems that they do not answer..!!

Almost two weeks with troubling on my account and i don't know what happen!! (may be because i have the free account with them in exchange of promoting their website ratemoney, and they do not give support)

Anyone has tried boxxhosting here ?

Did you try to ring them on the number provided by NetXHosting? You might also want to try sending an email to that email address he posted. Or, post a letter to the physical address - one of those methods is bound to work.

Yeah, i sent them many emails but still no response!

But i did not phone or send letter...i read in their website that they answer to support tickts within 24 hours but nothing to do!!
