Few things I would change.

The banner (top header) is too big, make it smaller. Change your logo, looks like it was made in MS paint (add some gradient and drop shadow).

Maybe using a different color for the background (very light color such as #F1F1F1).

This is constructive criticism, please do not get offended by anything above as I do believe you have potential.

i personally think the use of black text upon white background is underrated, this level of detailed minimalism really brings across the full meaning of the message. For usability the website is 10/10, you can clearly see the message. And the lack of javascript and other web 2.0 technologies makes this website highly accessible, even for those on 56k!

Theres nothing wrong with black on white ;) Not at all. It's ok.

i noticed you used tables and not divs to make it though, thats being phased out now, or should already be.

You need to get some images in there and youll have a nice looking site.

One more thing, you should have people log in on secure ports though ;) (ie. cpanel :2083)
