13 views could have been from guests, bots, etc...
On the HTML templates the text in the main box is too close to the left hand side. I would give it a 2 out of 10.
No comments on the phpnuke skin.

design is broken in firefox.

template is a template.

Weird, the design works for me fine in firefox, and the template I made myself...... So its still worth rating.
