How much would you pay for annymous end user support? We are thinking about adding it for our vps and dedicated customers who resell our servers.

I know our dedicated provider charges $20 a month per vps/server, but I've seen it charged at $150 + elsewhere. But then again, people like platinum server management do it for $30 a month.
But personally I don't know, since we have our own support team :P

I think that the price depends on the support level. Look at the third party services. Offshore ones always cheaper. Good luck.

How much do you charge for the whole server administration (that's something that depends on your business plan and nobody can advise you on how much to charge for it), just divide into the number of VPS plans you have on it and get the cost of one plan administration.

I think that you shouldn't offer that options separeately ;) because that might scare away. Better to have more expencive and all included packages. IMO
