Okay, first time doing this in a LONG time. But, I'm selling the template below to anyone who wishes to have it. The sale will include the following:

Fully coded template
The choice of color
PSD and all rights to the layout
Extra add-ons for a slight price
Changeable fonts


Extra add-ons consists of the following:

Fixed coding tables (template is standard with fluid)

Now, below are THREE previews of the image to show I've made it. Template was made using Photoshop CS3 and default fonts. Fonts can be changed to your liking for no extra cost (includes font size and color).
