I need a Web Hosting Template

Hello guys, hope you all are having fun for this holiday.

I need simple and clean web hosting template. I want it to have the Web 2.0 look but not too fancy, with 2 columns. If anyone has one for sale then please reply here or let me know. I can't pay a lot money but I want a nice one.
