If a client sells/sets up a reseller account, does the disc usage and bandwidth come off of their account resources, or does it start a new reseller account on the server?

Its starts a new reseller account but it also uses the same disk and bandwidth resources. So if a Master Reseller had 10GB Disk and 100GB Bandwidth then he could split it up between himself and a Subreseller so they both had 5 GB disk each and 50GB Band each.
