Looking for VPS/VDS to run BIND

I'm looking for a cheap but reliable VPS/VDS. The primary purpose: BIND (DNS) server(s), so 128Mb RAM and 500Mb of space is quite enough. Good uptime and good connectivity is what I need.

if you can provide tow or more VPSes in different datacenters, so much the better.

Any suggestions?
