I want to sell for around $40..
Do you guys think that is a good price?

Its not too bad but I would make the area for the logo about half that size. I would pick maybe 2 colors other than the black rather than the 3

The header is way too large. None of the colors go together. Until some changes are made, I am afraid that $40 is way too high of a price.
