just thought i'd take the time and say what i've found with your service. Each time I have uploaded to the site I have had no problem which I think is pretty good cos I am new to this type of host. My previous host did everything on-line and kept crashing. I have also been using a new (to me) local wysiwyg editor so I was hoping for as few problems as possible. Every time I've looked at my site thro the web it's loaded with no undue delays. I've been with you now for two or three weeks and have had no probs at all. FTP took a litlle working out as I'd never used it before but thats no trouble now. As I'm getting more used to the workings of WSNW it's getting easier. I've just put my site in for review and await the results. Thanks again for being such a great host..

+ Every service they provide has been up untill now (No downtime ever)
+ Great community. It isn't a post2host, but I like posting at their forums. You get help fast. Such a community is worth much more than posting a support ticket.
+ It's kind of personal - James, the admin is very often online, he communicates a lot. He isn't really an admin - more like a friend (he shared the fact he bought a $1400 domain name - but he still hasn't possessed it). Also, today is his birthday :)

- php mail function is disabled, but at the forums is a quick and easy solution
- paid plans are a bit expensive (but is guaranteed non-oversell)

I have been using websitenetworks and have been very happy with it. Suits my needs really well. Recently, instead of cPanel, I was greeted with a page which said that the cPanel licence had expired. "Ah well - another free host goes under." But today it seems to be going again. What's the story?
