Also, it sounds like you might be asking for (basically) a ripped interface. Might want to rethink that.

Was gonna say -- getting a design the same as gmail would be ripped and google would be after you rather quickly with a DMCA complaint, and you'd be shut down fast.

You could get a similar design done but different, if that makes sense.

You could maybe use google apps for your domain, if that works to your needs.
