okay, well i though they would be good for resellers since they offer alot of bw and space, but they are completely overselling, every few hrs my reseller would go down saying i could not login, could not visit any of my pages. was getting lots of Memory errors saying there was not enough memory to run my scripts, the scripts were phpbb 2.x, and some mods that i installed to it, ipanel would not work at all because there was not enough memory advalible. Im currently asking for a refund, but its been over 24hrs on my 2 different tickets. oh and there support is FAR FROM 24/7, more like 8-12/7. they over load there servers so much its crazy, i herd that they are good for there dedicated but i do not recommend them for there resellers. Also if you look at testimonials in there forms they were posted by the admins, because all the ppl that said good things about them only have 1 post, very lame company needs to get there act together for there resellers.

not going to try to solve any of these problems, cant stand the downtime every few hrs that lasts for 5-20mins sometimes more, just want a refund, gota wait till monday, grrr... then to find a new host

Their support is 24/7, if you didn't get a ticket response, did you try calling them?

I have hosting with them and their support has been phenomenal

Dedicated server, but the same staff covers their shared and dedicated support.

Sorry for the problems you experienced. We did have a memory issue on a newly launched shared server this past weekend and it was resolved shortly after we found that it had occurred. I am pretty positive that your account was affected by this. I agree - hostdime has been in the industry for a while and I have heard some relatively good things about them. I have not used them, though.
