5-10 GB Space
50-300 GB Bandwidth
256-512 RAM
Would be nice if it haves HyperVM or Virtuozzo.
2 IPS of preference.
PayPal Payments.
Price:Its up to you,but PLEASE,leave the cheapest possible.I dont have a big budget.

Also i never had used a VPS before,if someone can give me a trial of 1 day,doesnt matter if 30MB space and 30 mb bandwidth.Its only to see how hard is to manage, and also test your service.
And also, can you explain me the difference of Managed and Unmanaged VPS.
I know some differences but not all.
