Ram - 1Gig +
Uptime - 99% +
Management - Does not matter
Remote Reboot port- Does not matter
CPU - 2.0 Ghz or Higher , if possible AMD 2400+ or higher cpu

Price Range - $39 - $69/ month

Location : US/Canada
Must have been around for about 1+ year or must have good reputation around.

And what if i bring in my own DA license ?

What about OS reloads ?

What about HT ? and FSB of CPU ?

Sorry, I forget the server I hosted for you previously. But I can assure you we have a completely new infrastructure and staff. Level 2 management covers all general server issues. No monitoring or level 3 tasks in that. You can bring your own DA license, that's fine. It's a Dual Xeon 2.8gHz HT so 4 cores. It's located in Los Angeles, California at our center at 611 Wilshire BLVD. Backbone is Level3 and HE.net

Sorry, put the wrong processor there. It's a P4 2.4gHz HT. If you have the license, we will install DA. OS reloads are performed for free.
