I don't know if it is a generic standard or you have created your own management policy for servers. I'd like to know up to what extent when you say Level I or Level II since I don't know much about it. A PM is just okay..

100mbps connection, yep. Level 2 covers general server issues that don't require intense server modification like kernel mods, that sort of thing. This is generally any issue within cPanel/WHM, but excludes monitoring and keeping the server up to date.

We offer true 24x7 support via phone and email. Whether you email us at 5PM or 5AM, we'll be there for you. This server can be ready for you just as soon as you place an order and cPanel install has completed. This is generally 60 minutes.
