Hi, I've been looking for a VPS for sometime and I think it's most likely that I'll be getting one soon. There's this particular host that I saw comes with a great package and its with a cheaper price. Anyone heard of WS Servers (http://www.wsservers.com)? If possible, could someone give me a feedback on them or something? Thank you.

Yeah. I noticed that part too and I was wondering if anyone experienced it before, but thanks again for pointing that out :)

WSServers is SaidCom under a new name.

SaidCom/SaidHost had 4 months of downtime from Febuary, and they still have outages every other day for around 10-30 minutes.

I was located in their DataCenter, and would not wish it on my worst ememy. The service was horrible, and their support, well, I had to "Wait" for a linux tech to correct my server (That they messed up by not installing CentOS correctly), but their linux Tech only worked one day a week. I ended up waiting over 4 days and was still billed for the time.

Support and reboots are slow (Expect to wait 4+ hours for a reboot at night). And they have no backup power.

AVOID WSSERVERS AND SAIDCOM/SAIDHOST.

PS: This was my personal experiance with SaidHost. Not Galaxy Solutions experiance. Which I can tell you, was worse.
