hmm ok, fair enough, I'm currently just raising the cash to rent a server, so until then my mind is not made. I will be making many inquiries to various companies until then. Also whats the connection speed of this server? and what CPU is it exactly? also does it come with WHM?

Thanks for your time

cPanel/WHM yes as it says
its on a 100mbit connection speed. The CPU is listed above as a Dual Core Intel D 3.0Ghz

Ahhh yes, Sorry my mistake. It seems like your offering me the best deal so far, I'm just sorting out the monthly funding so I can be sure about payments and then it seems i'll be coming straight to you, Also what type of access will I have to the server? and will I be allowed to install VNC (remote desktop app.)

thanks Greg

Hello,

If you're paying via Credit Card - http://corenetworks.net/dedicated/ are good value for money. If you're paying via PayPal, there's a few sites about who do resell from there and accept PayPal.

@rfcGREG
it is better to use SSH to control the server, coz installing xorg, gnome and VNC in the server will waste lots of resource of ur server.

of course, all dedicated server comes with full server access, so it means u can install org, gnome/kde and vnc if u want. but i dun suggest u to waste the memory for that.

You can install whatever you so choose. as far as needing VNC on it, I do not see why you would. When you sign up and the server gets setup, it sends out an email with download information for puTTy(SSH) and I would recommend WinSCP for root access to access full files on the server. You can still install VNC if you so choose to (if it lets you. I have used VNC myself, but only on my own computer, not on a server).

Please let me know if you are still interested!

Thanks
