Ah, so he advertised it on Myspace. That happened to an underage kegger over here - at least 200 people were roaming outside the house in the general area. I was walking up the road with some friends and was about 4 houses down (had to park at least that far away - so many people) when a few cruisers pulled up to the house. We just turned around and went home, it was obviously over at that point.

Child porn is almost impossible to prosecute, because there are medical conditions that can make someone stop aging at 11 or 12, and so they may never look any older even if they're 45. So to prosecute, you either need the victim to be so young there's no doubt of age - or - you need to prove their identity. This is what happens time and time again, they get off the charges because the age of the victim cannot be conclusively established.
