A cPanel license on a dedicated server, costs $25 USD per month, and on a VPS, costs from around $10 to $15 USD.

Rvskins is normally $2/month, and sitebuilderPRO is $12/month. Then add fantastico, which is normally $2/month.

That totals: $41/month for a dedicated server or $26/month for a VPS, and thats just for the licenses you require.

I think what you are looking for, is a reseller account, as you wont find a dedicated server in that price range.

You need a Windows Based OS for the game server, which would put it out of your budget due to the costs of the license.
