So I wanna get a reseller account for starting a free hosting......i am really tight on budget as i run another site so i can spend 20$ per month for a reseller account

I dont have any serious requirements.....

Please tell me a good and reliable host for this.......

Do you know how much it would cost to build your own decent server in your home!?!

Electricity, components, internet connection...

it's obvious that running a home-server is more expensive and worse in performance. buy a master reseller account. run the hosting. try sellwhm.com. I'm currently hosted by them, they have nice servers.

What kind of space are you needing? It may be helpful to know these types of things :) I may be able to offer you a master reseller for free hosting.
