Hi,
Well i ordered a VPS 3 days ago from Comfyhost and said VPS will be setup within 72 hours well 72 hours has over past by over 7 hours and status is still "Pending". So i submitted a ticket to see what was going on didn't get a reply.. Got my ticket deleted instead :eek3:. So i though i'd post here and see whats going on. So if utcrazy see's this please reply.
At the moment i dont quite feel comfy.

@ UT, I think you need a serious overhaul of your VPS department... Your dedicated servers are great but your VPS's are really going to wreck your company...

I dunno why my ticket got deleted. I dont see the point in ticket support if all they do is delete the tickets :confused2. Its getting towards 4 days now and nothing. I wonder if they do refunds..

I've emailed you 5 times asking what OS you wanted, still waiting for the response. Can't create the VPS without knowing the OS. Let's not turn this into a "let's bash comfy" thread again when it's not our fault.

5 emails? Didn't get one let alone 5. Also you said in a PM that you will mark my order as Debian.. So i find it is your fault. Also what about this "ticket" could of said in there aswell instead of deleting.
You also have a box that asks what OS but has no options how about filling it in with some?

I didn't see any ticket, nor do I see any closed ticket from you. I remember a PM, but I was assuming you were someone else. I'll get the VPS setup now. I am surprised you didn't get my emails though. Please show me a screenshot of this empty box you are facing.

You didn't get a ticket because someone deleted it. Got deleted about an hour after i made it

Which system was it in? Kayako or the billing panel?
