Reliability I think.

I mean, let's assume people dont use file hosts for warez (:lol:), if you upload your files to xzyhost.com, chances are if they are a reputable company, it will be there in a few weeks time. P2P networks are so fast moving, a file turns up and dissapears a day later sometimes.

In this day and age though with the effect of fly-by-night companies, hosts are here today and gone tommorow. Well, not all of them. If you are storing/hosting files online, its best to do some research and find a good host.

Remember when myspace.com was a file host? ;)
