Budget: $20-$30(If this is low then let me know, again, I am new at this) The highest I can go is $40 but if is close to it then I might think about it.

Semi Managed - $15 per month

Basically, you will be responsible for the security of the server and anything you want installed you will need to install yourself.
Of course, we will install cpanel etc for you.

If you choose to take the semi or full management services, we will be in charge of everything.

However, we will still help you with anything we can help you with, as we do with all of our clients.

You should only reboot it if there is a need to.
We are there 24 hours a day also to walk you through any procedures on your VPS.
