Looking for VPS/Dedi

I currently have two hosting services that I would like to consolidate into one; neither of my current hosts offers such a plan to fit my needs.

There seem to be some differences in what certain hosts consider managed/unmanaged, so let me start off by saying I'm good to go once you get it setup, I can manage the OS, nameservers, domains, etc. Unless something breaks you won't be hearing from me, so if that makes the price cheaper all the better :)

I am looking for plans in this range.

* 4000GB or more monthly transfer limit

* 60GB HD is sufficient, but more is fine.

* 2GB Dedicated RAM, not 1GB Dedi and 1GB Burstable.

* 100mbit port (pleas specifiy any limits, full or half duplex, etc)

* Atleast 2 public IP

* I'd like Cpanel/WHM but will consider other options if you don't provide these.

** I may also consider buying 2 smaller plans if together they provide more than my current 2 hosts

I don't host any malicious content or child pornography and I have never received any complaints in the 8 years I've been hosting online.

Please include in your reply, the server specs and any additional information you think will be beneficial to my decision process.

I'm not listing a price limit but keep in mind I already know what this should cost, erroneously high offers will simply be ignored…
