There are too many comapny out there now who is the best to go with for a fast uk vps ?

I suggest that you make a list of providers based on your own criteria.
Search the internet for reviews.
Narrow your list down to a short list.
Send presales questions to those providers, and see how they respond.
Always remember, what may be good for one, is not always good for another.

And lokk for the reviews of the companies you are looking at.

Yeah very true :)
I am using hosting from a UK based host, really they are reliable active 24x7 via live chat and UK phone free support :)
Havn't used their VPS yet ;) You can give them a try webhosting.uk.com

On UK, you might want to check with Rus at a2b2.com. Or if you can manage vps yourself, you can be fine with their cheapvps.co.uk

I find cheapvps are a little expensive for their high-end packages???

which plan are you mentioning? I dont see it's expensive at all. 2GB guarantee RAM with 2000GB transfer, it's just $100/month.

Like a didecated server. I think that VPS is something between dedicated and shared web hosting.

Try ukeasily.co.uk, based in Manchester, servers in Manchester & your in Manchester = Manchester rules :).
