Need help in finding a host that suits me.

Hello,

I need a host with an easy sitebuilder that allow to build a site with forum board and blogs board.

My site will look like that.

1)Main page with links to 3 different home pages (Hebrew, English and Russian one).
2) Every home page will have:
A. Forums - 12 forums in 5 categories.
B. Blogs with option for any member to open a blog (in a relevant language.
C. Shop or link to shops in relevant countries for each language.
D. Contact Us page.

3)Additional needs:
A. Ability to create a layout\skin for the site.
B. Ability to add Google adsense.
C. Coasts no more than 3-5 US dollars per month.
D. Contract for 3-6 months.

If you know any hosting site that allows all these please give me a link for it.... maybe even a refferal link.
Also I would like to see examples of sites made by this hosting server.

Just confirming, is CMS (joomla, phpnuke, etc) what you need? Because it seems that all your needs are available in a CMS.

I would look for a site with Fantastico deLuxe, and RVSiteBuilderPRO -- that should give you everything you need.

I think that any linux based package will be ok for you. Plenty of web hosting services are coming with site builders and so.
