Windows VPS - Is this a good price?

I was thinking about selling windows VPS's, And I wondered if you guys think this is a good price:

50GB Space
350GB Bandwidth
384MB Ram
Windows 2003 Web
2 IP addresses
$40 A Month

That's true, cause it is Windows hosting. Maybe 40GB/400GB. Then again, I'm not in the market for a VPS, so take my suggestion very lightly. After all, some servers only have like a 500GB/m BW.

I think that the most easiest way is try to find the same offers and compare them.

For Windows VPS the price is really good because Linux ones are much cheaper.

No, at the moment we do not offer windows VPS. And I think that OP asked about pice at all. And I little bit embarrassed with your question...
