Hello,
We are sorry for the 2 hour downtime over the last few hours for clients on "alpha" server (server2) - We have Transfered all accounts over to our new servers and everything should be back up and running smoothly only details you will need to take note of is the ip address of the new server.
We sent out an email yesterday and today notifying you of the change and updating you on the progress.
