Reseller Needed from established host

Here's what I require (Reseller):

At least 10GB Space / 100GB Monthly BW
PHP 4 and 5 Support
CPanel (CPanel 10 preferred over 11)
Overselling Enabled Highly Desired
At LEAST weekly backups
Awesome Support (Don't lie to me and say you have 24/7 live support if you don't have it!)
Fast Server / Great Uptime
Must be able to host at least 25 domains, with unlimited preferred


I am willing to pay up to $11 USD / Monthly via PayPal for this. I also would prefer it if you didn't use WHMCS for your billing, but this is not a requirement. I have just had bad luck with that system with it underbilling / overbilling / incorrectly billing me.

Also, I should let you know up front about the type of site I want to run. I run WebringAmerica (http://www.webringamerica.com) which hosts free forums for people. If you don't want this type of site on your server, please don't post.

I am looking for someone who has been in business for at least 1 year. Please post uptime and / or customer reviews when posting. I don't want to get burned again. :-)

I would also prefer someone where I can reach support even if the server goes down. My past two hosts had the hosting and support on the same server, so if the server went down, so did support. :eek3:

Lastly, I would prefer a host that just sticks to paid hosting as those that do free/paid combos tend to receive more abuse from the free users that causes outages. This happened with my last host. Also, I would prefer a host that does not allow warez or proxy sites as I don't want to be on a server that could again go down due to sites like these.

Webhost-Warehouse, would you be able to host a site like mine that offers free forum hosting? I ask because it seems that you are worried about server resources and while my service usually does not consume a large amount of resources every once in a while I will experience a traffic surge.

Schmarvin, I don't mind that. As long as the free clients don't affect the reliability of the server I am on I don't mind.

Also, what do you all have in the way of DDOS protection? It's a rare occurrence but one time my site was DDOS'ed for a short period of time and I would like a host that in case of this event will be able to assist me. My current host does offer DDOS protection.

My main thing is finding hosting that I will not outgrow. I don't want to move hosts again in 6 months because I need to move up to something more powerful.

You all have given me a lot to think about. I will think these offers over.

This would be ok, We only dont allow proxies because the hastle that comes with them from troublesome users.

With regards to DDOS protection we have various measures in place to harden the server to stop this, also we have buisness insurance from our datacentre which will cover the bandwith losses.

Yes, everyone can transfer his sites to ibhosting.
However, this is never a simple and easy process.

1. The domain's DNS-es would have to be changed to ours.
2. The files will have to be moved with an FTP client
3. The databases will have to be dumped from the old hosting account and restored at ibhosting.
