Hey all, thanks for reading.

I am looking for a decent sized VPS or low level dedicated server. It will NOT be used for profit. I am looking for:

CPU: Reasonable for VPS or low end P4 is fine for dedicated
Memory: 256 MB or more [perfer 512]
Hard Drive: 20 GB+
Bandwidth:200 GB +
Control Panel: cPanel or DA
Uptime: 99.8% or higher [need proof]
Host Requirement: must have a proven track record, I will do research before purchasing; hosts please reply with how long you have been in business.
Price Range: Cheaper is better but not only deciding factor

I will pay on a month to month basis for first 3 months and should it perform up to satisfaction then I will pay for up to 4 years; however, I do not need the server to be online for another month or so.
