What I want in a server

-Cpanel (Vista Panel Ok, but no Layered Panel)
-5gb to 10gb memory (more will be appreciated)
-around 30gb to 100gb of bandwith
-Have more than a 1 addon domains
-Need about 5 or more subdomains
-No forced ads
-Uptime 90% or more

What I can do

-Post on forums, but only yearly or a big one time post

You are asking for far too much for free hosting.

I can host you. Control panel = vistapanel.
Maximum space is 300mb and maximum bandwith is 10gb (this is usual for vistapanel), but you can have multiple accounts.
