need web design

I'm helping with a project that let's people play XBOX online. I'm going to be working on the site soon but really hate the current design. Is there anyone out there who could make me a good free design for this site? I'll give more information when someone answers The design has to be professional and good looking. (nothing that looks like it just came out of angelfire)

What you want it to look like, the colors you want, if you want it to be Flash, php, or just normal html. Stuff like that would be helpful.

Okay, The current site is www.xbconnect.com. Colors should be black and green (just like the XBOX) or white and green. It should be done in HTML. Some CSS to make the site better would be great. No frames/iframes at all. The first site started @ www.xboxconnector.com but as it is ending it's Beta... it had changed URL and slightly it's name. Anything else I should say?

adding: Site doesn't have to be only white and green or black and green... It should have those 3 as main colors though. I hope im making sense hehe.

I think that site could easily become cool. Add some neat mouse overs. Colored scroll bar would go great with it, if you want you could get a forum, mebers section etc... let me us know what you want and be really specific.
