I need a VPN for one user (one server connected to the VPN 24/7).

These are a must:
40GB Bandwidth per Month
20mbit+ connection
Dedicated IP
Ability to set rDNS on that IP

I basically need one of these scenarios:

1. Just a VPN account that has the above.
2. Small linux VPS account that allows kernel modifications (not openvz or xen), so that I can install openVPN myself.
3. Small Windows VPS account (2003 server), so that I can setup a VPN myself.

I want to spend $10 - $15 USD a month on this.

If you are posting an offer, please also post here or PM me a test IP and a test file, so I can check out the connectivity from the server.

Thank you for your time.

It seems like you are using Virtuozzo. Does Virtuozzo allow kernel modifications? I know OpenVZ is based on it, and that doesn't allow it.
