I have hosting from these guys from long time now ,

but the reason i am posting here is ,cuz they suck in Support
their servers are good , but they dont know what is the meaning of support

i have tried emailing them , tried thier phpchat online , but no one replies ,
there is no phone number to call as well

so anyone else looking to host with them please think again

Do they have any telephone number with their web hosting site? Try to call them.

No they dont have any Numbers to call , but i have got a email from them today

and was away from my office for 2 weeks for the burial of my father. I
have looked at the email tickets and came across yours and here is the

Well he has a genuine reason to be away .

But it looks like it is a one man business model and I guess that will be a risk.
It will be always risky as there will be no one to take care of the business when the owner is not well or has some issues like this. Even though it will be genuine, customers will be suffering on their business.

Ahh yeah, I can't even find their domain name from googling.
