I tried getting that 30-day free trial for Adobe CS3 Flash, and it kept telling me "There was a problem trying to set up your free 30-day trial." I even restarted like they suggested to no avail. Now I have to un-install everything, restart, re-download, and try again.

The real chance I get for actually using the system is in April, two months away.

If you mean these...

* Intel® Pentium® 4, Intel Centrino®, Intel Xeon®, or Intel Core™ Duo (or compatible) processor
* Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista™ Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise (certified for 32-bit editions)
* 512MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
* 2.5GB of available hard-disk space (additional free space required during installation)
* 1,024x768 monitor resolution with 16-bit video card
* DVD-ROM drive
* QuickTime 7.1.2 software required for multimedia features
* Internet or phone connection required for product activation
* Broadband Internet connection required for Adobe Stock Photos* and other services

Then...

I have an Intel Centrino Duo Processor (1.66 GHz for the first processor, 1.33 GHz for the second.)
I have Microsoft Windows XP SP2
I have about 1.99 GB of RAM.
I have about 139 GB of free space.
I have 1280 x 800 Resolution on a 32-bit Intel 945GM (Express/Accelerated) Video Card
I have a DVD+/-RW Drive Capable of both reading and writing of DVDs as well as reading and writing of CDs.
I have the latest QuickTime from Apple.com
I have DSL, which is always connected (unless the DSL light is blinking green or red, which it usually isn't.)

Therefore, I meet all of their requirements.

Do you have any other CS2 or CS3 software already installed?

yeah, you obviously do. that is odd that it isnt installing. you should try to install CS2 just to see how your comp handles it.

I tried the CS2 trial package that had dreamweaver in it a while back. Not only it did not work, now I can't even install any Adobe products. I can't even update the existing installation of Adobe reader, it thinks there is a copy of the installer still running in the background. And how long it's been like 2 years and 500 reboots and 10 registery clean-up? :S

Can always re-install Windows. I have all of my documents on my 8GB flash drive, so it's easy for me to do all that.

It's a really lengthy process to re-install windows. I usually takes me about a month to get back to the original state that I was in (with the problem solved) before reinstalling windows.
