Customer Services Rep - 1 positions open!
Details / Responsibilities:
Answering Live Chat Calls
Assisting customers with simple technical questions (web, email, FTP, and etc.)
Assisting customers via online support/sales ticketing system
Provide sales inquires on Web Hosting forums
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
cPanel Experience
Web Hosting support / sales experience
Some Linux System Administration experience a plus
Must be over 17 of age when applying.
Payment:
Commission base salary ranging from (15% - 25%)
Bonuses when your expectations are met
