Managing Staff
Handling serious cases
Monitoring server behavior
Troubleshooting cases submitted
Compulsory requirements ;
Low - high SQL knowledge
Fluent English
Great at interacting with teens
Good communication skills
Ability to be fair & impartial
Ability to deal with angry teens
