Well you know how there's video sites like youtube, dailymotion, veoh etc that allows you to embed their videos onto your site. I wonder is there one also for audio that gives you a embed code so you can put it on your site?

Not that I know of, mainly because youtube is user-uploaded content and the copyrights belong to youtube because of that. They can then do with the content as they like (let people embed links).
Most audio will be copyrighted works that are owned by someone other than the site that operates them and thus...would be illegal to give out embed links. There would be no way of doing it legally because there would be no money being brought in through embed links to the company that gives them out..and without income there's no way they could even talk to the big 3 recording studios. The only way it could work is to cut the deal right with the artist..and that's usually not even possible for any artist that works with the studios because it would be a breach of contract to allow distribution through a third party.
The music industry is a mess and is controlled by a bunch of greedy fatasses. It's been this way for years and will continue to until people just start cutting out the middleman.
