i recently had an account with this company, spent a long time uploading and setting up a site. next thing i know, it`s down and i receive an email saying my account is terminated. they said i didn`t have a website up. live help didn`t work either, as i needed advice on where to place the google ads.
very unprofessional company, would not reccomend to anyone for the above reasons.

After signing up I did not recieve a confirmation, however the next day I contacted this site through Live Support and had my account set up in no time. They offer the fastest support I have ever seen. All my support tickets have been answered in 10 minutes or less. A small google ad is required, but you can place it anywhere on your site. Make sure to have your website already made because it has to be uploaded within 24 hours of confirmation. Overall I would give this a 5/5 for support. 4/5 for futures (cPanel 11 with unlimited email, etc)

Thank you Dan for the comments. I am glad to hear that our hosting is what you require.
As for the review of zx81 we posted a ticket to our help desk requesting them to place ads on our website however no ads we placed after a given grace period. Since there was no reply we terminated the account because they just posted the website without our ads.
HelpHouseHosting allows all customers to place our ads anywhere on there website. We request it be done within 24 hours because we have a lot of people that signup for the service and do nothing with the account.
