HostPenguin is looking for a part-time customer service representatives (20 hours a week). We have an immediate need to fill late afternoon, evening, and weekend positions. This is NOT a paid position but a 10% commission and either a vps or reseller account for free!
Essential Functions:
Respond to and close sales/support requests such as : chat, tickets, forums
Work with clients to identify causes of clients problems or needs and recommend the appropriate solution
Maintain high quality, efficient, and timely responses
Meet weekly sales quota
Great Attitude
Requirements :
Excellent spelling and grammar
Extensive knowledge of web hosting and related industries
Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
A team player
Be self-motivated and activity/performance driven
Strong analytical & multi-task skills
16yrs of age or older
Willing to work flexible hours and days. (Must be on time)
Provide a copy of a valid photo ID to be kept on file.
