I was wondering if there is any places that allow Canadian sign-ups, or do all of them? Or even better, a Canadian site all together.
Please only suggest those who allow pop ups/behinds!
Thanx!

SI allows most countries, they have to verify you first

All ad companies that I know will accept Canada. There are a few that refuse certain countries, but a general rule all English speaking countries are accepted. But many others as well.

I would expect that any ad company that pays anywhere other than the US will pay to Canada. Probably most will accept Canadians. I would be surprised if you find one that doesn't.

Hm...maybe not then. Make sure you read the TOS carefully. If they ask for your country, but still have fields for State and Zip, filling in your PROVINCE and POSTAL CODE in those fields should be okay. As for the SSN field, a SSN is not the same as a SIN, so don't fill in your SIN. Only time you would need your SIN is if you are using a Canadian site.

So just leave the SSN blank?

Before signing up, be sure they accept Canadians to their program. That way you will be sure to be paid. I would suggest contacting them first. It should say SSN:(US Only) or something. If it doesn't, maybe they only accpet Americans. So, check with them first.

There's no need to include your local equivalent of an SSN or TaxID if you are based overseas (except in the case of ExitFuel, whose form doesn't seem to process submissions without a number being there.)
You should indeed place your province in the 'state' field and your postal code in the 'zip' field, but either leave the SSN field blank, or enter 'NA' or 'N/A' for not applicable. Some forms will give you a hint as to what they'd like you to enter in order to keep their database specific, but NA usually goes down fine.
