Patience for starters. Make some quality posts in forums and show your signature. Ask your friends to join.

Try to put your forum site signature on as many forum as you can.

Participate constructively and be friendly in other related niche forums ;)

Alternatively, you could also pay for advertisements - PPC, banners, sitewide-ads, buy sticke threads, etc...
