sitepoint equivalents?

hey guys, I'm looking for webdesign work, but the sitepoint (now 99 designs) marketplace just isn't cutting it for me.

Any places that work on a similar principle (someone requests a design, people submit entries, best wins prize)?

Yeah you can sell quite a few designs at forums.digitalpoint.com

Hmm, they don't quite offer the same levels of money though. On sitepoint there's 1k-2k, and neither site seem to offer that.
