Ok I thought I'd post this...
I posted an offer for Skylar in the paid offers section, unaware that CS-Harry had posted one 4 days ago, and Jan goes and infracts me (5 points, 1 month).
I want it removed, it was uncalled for and I think its pathetic how a blatent mis-understanding of not knowing about Harry's post is delt with like that. Ok yeah, maybe if you just deleted the thread, but an infraction?? I've had 3 off you now, and it just seems unfair...

You should read threadz and make yourself aware :)
This thread wont get you anywhere, neither will throwing orders at jan to remove it.

Maybe Jan should just drop a PM or something to warn first.
Adz, you can use the search function ;)

If jan noticed it you should be able to.

And JohnN? Not everyone notices stuff instantly...
Jan should of just sent me a PM warning me, giving me an infraction is just pathetic!

I think we've been down this road before. I wasted far to much of my time, and several very valid arguements, on what I should have seen from the beginning as a Lost cause.
You wont get an apology, you wont get it revoked. There really is no point getting worked up about it ;)

Posting for a banned member is also against the rules, and is a 5 point infraction. Therefore, since you have already admitted it, I would plead with Jan not to give you that infraction, as that would ban you for a month.
But yes - I have to admit, I do agree with this rule. Its one of the rules that stop hosting company's having too many "Sales" staff spamming up the forum.

Oh dayam, I forgot Skylar was banned. Right, neither of you should be advertising for him.

I still think it was uncalled for though, whether it wasn't alowed or it was. A normal warning would of been good enough, but an infraction? Come on, at least...

If Harry's was hidden away on page 2 it might have been an alert, but it was halfway down the first page. And knowing there are other reps here, it was your responsibily to search for other ads.

People get infractions for different things each day. You're not the only one Adz. Get over it.

Public posts debating moderators' enforcement of the rules will be removed. Feedback about the rules and/or moderation should be sent in private to the moderators or through this form.
Your also breaking another rule right now!
A) You wont win anyway
B) You risk being banned as per the rules
Whats pathetic about you breaking 3 rules and only been punished for 1?
