streaming video with url upload?

Anyone know some streaming video sites that have the option to upload by url like veoh does.

Are there any others? cause that site only gets videos from youtube which isn't what I want. I want it to able to get videos from megaupload links

it allows you to upload your own videos not just youtube... even so just upload to youtube and stream with mogulus ?

I think he just want to url upload it from megaupload, because others uploaded the files to there.
