i'm setting up a internet hotspot for my client and they need a radius server for Authentication

Why dont they use a local machine for that?

That's not much info to go on. If your looking for a host to provide one you'll need to say at least where the hotspot is to be located.

Well, it pretty much needs to be local, as in at the hotspot.
You can use a Linux or Windows machine, tho i assume the local machines are already runnin wondows.

If you don't know don't do it, you've given a client a promise no doubt, and will charge them.
Your in the place where you have to pay someone to do it - like you said you would/could.
